Wednesday, December 12, 2007 Recent news suggests that adequate (not too little or excessive) B12 and other vitamins can help prevent illnesses that don't manifest in a daughter or son until their adulthood. That raised my eyebrows. How strong is this correlation? Other news says that praising effort, rather than intelligence or innate talents, leads to healthier mental development and use of their natural gifts.
